I can only comment on their ecommerce knowledge in OpenCart, reason being. That is the service I have used… so far! I have worked in security for a while now and decided I wanted to start my own business. It would be a supply only CCTV business. I have a background in design so I created a mockup in Photoshop and sent it over to Mark. There was nothing too difficult and after a VERY competitive price I agreed to go ahead. Giving me access to a demo website allowed me to see the ongoing process. It’s safe to say my design was soon turned into a fully working ecommerce shop, exactly how I wanted it! I’d like to thank Mark and his team for their great work.

I sent them a simple PowerPoint presentation with my vision and they turned it into perfect reality. I have used VTS Design for around 10 years. If I am unable to understand what to do and need to call, the guys at VTS absolutely provide the best customer service. I don’t know as much as I should about Web Design and hosting. And I am awful at explaining what I need. Mark and the team at VTS are so patient and have the unique ability to explain how things work. And this is the type of customer service I get EVERY time I call or write.
